Here are the steps to add a new freight carrier in BTS:

1. Go to Master-System-Freight Carrier

2. Click on the green circle to create a new freight carrier

3. Enter the Carrier name. Description is optional

4. Click on the binoculars beside the vendor and type vendor name as freight and click search for the result to load

5. Select the freight vendor from the result

6. Click save to save the carrier.
